Inter, Veron meets Thohir over Joaquin Correa’s transfer
According to the Argentinean press, Veron also had a private meeting with Erick Thohir over the sale of Jaquin Correa, a former Estudiantes midfielder and now playing for Sampdoria.
Veron reportedly informed Thohir that the blucerchiati have yet to pay their last instalment for the player (€ 2 million) and that Estudiantes would be entitled to receive a percentage on a future sale of the talented Argentinean midfielder.
“Inter like some of our players and we’d like to make deals with them”, Veron told journalists.
The duo is also believed to have talked about Alvaro Pereira’s future as Estudiantes have now to pay a mandatory buy-out clause to sign the player to a permanent deal.
