Corriere dello Sport reports that Inter are ready to talk to Chilean midfielder Gary Medel about a contract extension. The player known affectionately as "Pitbull" turned down potential lucrative moves to Russia in the summer to remain in Serie A and as reward could be offered a new deal worth around €3 million a season.
