John Elkann: 'Juve could have won... despite the referee'

John Elkann -president of FCA and Exor (the group that holds the majority of Juventus shares)- has commented the game played by the bianconeri against Bayern Munich: “We have a great team, as shown last night. The level was extremely high, like in a final or in a semifinal”.

“Some players have played a great match” he added “like Cuadrado. Also the duel with Coman was beautiful: he demonstrated to be a great player”.

“The refereeing is something unpredictable, it happens in all the games, but Juve have shown that they can do well. Of course, if you take a look to what happens in Turin and in Munich, the referees have not helped us. However, we were winning: Juve have shown that they could win, despite the referee”.
