Juve and Tottenham to go head to head for €25m right-back

Both Juventus and Tottenham are looking for a new right-back and according to reports in England the Serie A and the Premier League giants have set their sights on the same player.

The London Evening Standard claims bianconeri and Spurs are monitoring Porto’s Ricardo Pereira who spent the last two seasons on loan at OGC Nice.
A versatile wingback, Pereira can leave Porto for € 25 million, the same asking price of Joao Cancelo, another Juventus target who is under contract with Valencia.

Juventus have already made an opening bid to sign Cancelo.

The Old Lady is also chasing AC Milan’s Mattia De Sciglio and the Italian right-back is likely to move to the J Stadium after Leonardo Bonucci’s incredible AC Milan switch.
Tottenham and Man Utd target Serge Aurier had also been linked with a move to Juventus but the Serie A champions can’t sign the Ivory Coast defender anymore as they have already filled their two spots for non-EU players.

Aurier has a France passport that, however, is only valid in France and that’s why Juventus can’t sign him anymore.
