Angelo Ogbonna had an impressive display for Italy in the friendly lost against USA and the Torino captain continues to have plenty of admirers both in Italy and Europe.

The defender was also praised by Gigi Buffon and Giorgio Chiellini. Ogbonna just recently extended his contract with the Granata until 2016.

Napoli, Roma and Milan are watching him closely but Juve could make a move for the defender too although a switch to Toro’s city rivals wouldn’t go down well with the Granata fans...

    The future of Montolivo

Riccardo Montolivo told Calciomercato.com that he is yet to decide his future although he will almost certainly leave Fiorentina.

“I am not thinking about my future yet,” said Montolivo. “I am focused in Fiorentina. I haven’t just been linked to Milan but also to other clubs: but it is early yet to decide my future.”

“My duty is to focus on my club: we are going through a difficult spell and Sunday it will be a fundamental clash for us. It won’t be easy but we have to stay united,” concluded the Italian international.

    Xavi: PSG or Milan?

According to AS, Milan are after Barcelona ace Xavi Hernandez. However, Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer €80M for the player.

The midfielder could leave the Camp Nou if Pep Guardiola leaves the club in the summer. Milan were once close to Xavi and their interest in the player still stands, according to AS.

However, these reports must be taken with a pinch of salt considering the newspapers connection with Real Madrid.
