Juve: Llorente to England? Inter: update on Podolski

As previously reported, Juventus are seeking a new forward, as only 22-year-old Alvaro Morata and 31-year-old Carlos Tevez are sure to remain for the next season; the future of 29-year-old Fernando Llorente, for example, remains uncertain: according to Metro, Tottenham are concretely interested in the former Athletic Bilbao player, whose contract with the bianconeri will expire in June 2017 and whom the Serie A defending champions could decide to sell next Summer to obtain an important amount; still regarding its team’s offensive line, the Piedmont’s club is also observing some young talents, like Cremonese 17-year-old Rey Manaj, but –as reported by gianlucadimarzio.com- also Atletico Madrid are keen on the Albanian player. In any case, the real priority for Juve during the next transfer window could become the signing of a new playmaker, as 35-year-old Andrea Pirlo seems tired and demotivated: such task won’t be easy at all, as the few players with certain skills –as Paris Saint-Germain 22-year-old Marco Verratti- are extremely difficult to obtain.
As well known, until now the performances of 29-year-old striker Lukas Podolski at Inter Milan have been quite deceiving: interviewed by Kicker, the Germany international has declared that he is not upset about the fact that he won’t be playing in the Champions League, and has declared that his future will be decided in the next two months.
