17.08 Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announce that the contract with Alessandro Del Piero has been renewed. The new agreement, which was signed today by  President Andrea Agnelli and the player, is valid until the 30th of June 2012. The meeting was held this afternoon in the new stadium.

Today is a special day for Del Piero and for Juventus' history. On the 5th of May 2002, the Bianconeri won the race for the Scudetto against Roma and Inter at the very last match day of the season.
