Juventus: agreement for Ogbonna. AC Milan: ten players could leave

As well known, Juventus’ priority for the upcoming transfer window is the signing of a high-rated forward; as reported earlier today, Real Madrid have not appreciated the declarations recently released by their striker Gonzalo Higuain; interviewed by Punto Pelota, the Merenegues’s president Florentino Perez stated that the 25 year old is not for sale and that it won’t be easy for him to leave if the club won’t let him go; moreover Perez said that the bianconeri have never asked him the Argentina international, even if next Sunday he might talk with them about this latter; meanwhile, from the Italian national team training camp, 34 year old goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has declared that Fiorentina 23 year old Stevan Jovetic would be welcome in Turin, but, as highlighted by the Corriere dello Sport, a solution regarding the Montenegro international could be found only if the two clubs’owners will meet. The Serie A defending champions are in any case also working to reinforce their team in other positions, and, as reported by La Stampa, yesterday the bianconeri have found an agreement with their city rivals Torino for 24 year old defender Angelo Ogbonna: the granata evaluate the Italy international about 13 million euros, but will accept, as part of the negotiation, a Juve forward as 23 year old Ciro Immobile or 21 year old Manolo Gabbiadini.

As reported by calciomercato.com, during last Sunday’s meeting AC Milan executive board have rassured their coach Massimiliano Allegri that he will have a competitive team, but have also made clear that there won’t be any more a too large group: at the moment, regarding the goalkeepers, only 35 year old Christian Abbiati is sure to remain, while, for what concerns the defense, 36 year old Mario Yepes, 23 year old Didac Vilà, 30 year old Luca Antonini and 31 year old Cristian Zaccardo will certainly leave. The biggest changes should affect the midfield, as only 28 year old Riccardo Montolivo and same-aged Sulley Muntary and Nigel De Jong are certain to remain, while, for what concerns the offensive line, 22 year old Bojan Krkic won’t be signed on permanent deal.
