Juventus meet agent of Spurs target in Milan

Juventus are looking for a replacement for Dani Alves who has left Turin leaving the Serie A champions in desperate need of a new right-back. Even if the Old Lady has made Real Madrid’s Danilo her transfer priority it is understood that Juventus are also looking at alternative players to strengthen their defence.

According to Sky Sport in Italy, the Old Lady has made contact with Serge Aurier’s agent Stephane Courbis who was spotted in front of Juventus’ ‘temporary’ headquarters in Milan yesterday. Aurier is reported to be a transfer target of Tottenham as well.

The agent of the French full-back met representatives of the Old Lady to discuss a potential move to Turin in the summer given that his client is not willing to sign a contract extension with Psg. The Ligue 1 giants and Juventus, however, are not on good terms and that’s why it may be complicated to reach an agreement between the two clubs.

Reports from France claimed yesterday that Aurier was in Turin to personally discuss his transfer to the Allianz Stadium. Calciomercato.com, however, exclusively reported that the player has never landed in Turin, although Juventus have set their sights on the 24-year-old.
