Juventus News: The three strikers who could replace Alvaro Morata

Spanish journalists are pretty sure that Alvaro Morata will re-join Real Madrid at the end of the current campaign exercising the striker’s € 30 million buy-back clause.

Other reports also suggest that Morata, 23, is chased by Liverpool and Manchester United, the two Premier League sides would be ready to knock Florentino Perez’s door to secure the player’s services next summer.

If the Spaniard will really leave the Stadium at the end of the season, who could replace him in Turin? Giuseppe Marotta has already shortlist three big names. Let’s try to find it out who they are.

EDINSON CAVANI – The former Napoli striker is reportedly not happy anymore at the Parc des Prices and his PSG exit at the end of the season is to be taken from granted. Trouble is, the Ligue 1 side will ask at least € 50 million to open transfer talks and competition to sign the 28 year old is massive as a lot of top European clubs will be looking to sing a centre forward next season.

ROMELU LUKAKU – He has just scored his 16th Premier League goal this season, netting against Stoke City. The player’s agent Mino Raiola could be a reliable Old Lady ally. Raiola has already proposed  Lukaku to the Bianconeri who are keeping tabs on him. He’s definitely an easier target than Edinson Cavani.

BREEL EMBOLO – The Basel starlet has netted eight goals in 23 seasonal games. Born in 1997, Embolo’s talent has attracted some of the best European sides out there. Wolfsburg and Inter are long-time admirers of the Swiss International who could be leaving his club at the end of the season.

Three strikers have been already shortlisted to replace Morata. Should he leave, the Old Lady won’t be left unprepared.
