Juventus, Roma and Inter are scouting the 20 year old midfielder Stefano Sensi, the CM columnist and transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed.

Cesena’s regista spent the last two season playing in Lega Pro, wearing the San Marino shirt. His growth in the Italian third division has been so fast and consistent that gaffer Massimo Drago has put Cesena midfield into his hands this season

After seven appearances and one goal, his talent has not left Serie A top clubs indifferent. According to Romano, Cesena still haven’t received any official offer for their starlet, although they could go back in business with Sassuolo to negotiate the 20 year old transfer, after that last summer the two clubs have found an agreement for the selling of hit man Gregoire Defrel.

It’s just a short step then from Sassuolo to Juventus as the Neroverdi president Giorgio Squinzi showed already to be on good terms with the Bianconeri board. But any of the Serie A contenders would make Juventus life easy in case the Old Lady would decide to sign what appear to be one of the best Italian prospects.

Stefano Sensi role on the pitch, as well as his physical and tactical features are very similar to another regista who has built his fortunes in Serie B: Marco Verratti. Current PSG mainstay spent an amazing 2011-2012 season at Pescara, where his role resulted vital (along with the one of Lorenzo Insigne and Ciro Immobile) for the club’s promotion in Serie A.

His delivers were so shocking that he attracted on him Juventus interest, but before the Old Lady could sign him, PSG pounced on the Italian midfielder with a stunning € 12 million offer that directed the player to the Parc des Princes.

Is Stefano Sensi going to take the same path as the PSG star?
