Lapadula gets Italy call-up to replace Gabbiadini

Lapadula, 26, has never played for any youth Italy team and could be set for his senior Italy debut.
The Italian FA has also announced that Gabbiadini has picked up a muscle injury which, however, should not prevent him from being eligible to play the next Serie A game with Napoli.
