Lazio president Claudio Lotito threatened by fans, runs away from restaurant!
Four-hundred fans took part to a protest march in front of Lazio’s training centre Formello after today’s game before the club announced the appointment of Simone Inzaghi as new coach after sacking of Stefano Pioli.
Police officers present at Formello prevented furious fans from coming in contact with the team, which was leaving the training centre by bus to reach Norcia, where they have been sent on a ritiro - a punishment boot camp.
Sky Sport Italia also reports that a smallest group of fans have spotted the Biancocelesti president Claudio Lotito having dinner in a restaurant in Rome’s city centre and attempted to physically attack him.
The threatened Lotito was forced to leave the restaurant in order to avoid bad consequences.
