    Lineker: Is Pogba the world’s most overrated player?

    Legend of English football Gary Lineker has hit out at Paul Pogba on Twitter asking his followers if the Frenchman is the most overrated player of the world. Pogba’s performance in the first half against Ireland was highly disappointing, though the Juventus star improved his quality in the second half when Les Bleus managed to turn their fortunes around and qualify to EURO 2016’s quarter-finals thanks to a brace scored by Antonie Griezmann.

    Pogba is not the first personality in the world of football criticized by the former England International who had previously given bad press to Pepe (during the last Champions League final) and Claudio Ranieri (Ranieri? Really?), after the Italian’s appointment as Leicester City head coach last summer.
