The Arsenal and Chelsea target was very positive about his connection to Milan, which cost the Rossoneri €15 million, plus another three in bonuses.
“I always watched Milan when I was a kid,” the Swiss international told assembled media.
“I don’t have a particular hero in mind, I liked a lot of players, and the team.
“Three isn’t my favourite number, but it’s one of them. 13 and 33 are also on the list.
“I can’t wait to start, we want to take Milan back to the top”.
He is the third signing of the Rossoneri’s summer, following Franck Kessie of Atalanta and Mateo Musacchio of Villareal.
