Liverpool target on the verge of joining AC Milan
As Calciomercato.com exclusively reported last week, AC Milan manager Vincenzo Montella requested the club to sign one more right-footed centre-back to have more tactical options during the next campaign and the Denmark captain has been identified as a perfect reinforcement.
Kjaer is also being recently linked with a move to Liverpool but AC Milan are likely to beat the competition of the Reds.
Kjaer is expected to join AC Milan as soon as the rossoneri sell one of their centre-backs with Gabriel Paletta and Cristian Zapata who are both on the verge of leaving the San Siro in the next few months.
The Serie A giants have also completed the signing of former Liverpool starlet Fabio Borini who has had his AC Milan medical this morning.
