Man City star's move to West Ham leaked on Instagram
The Manchester City wantaway has been linked to the Hammers of late, only for a picture to emerge on social media in which the England No.1 is already wearing the Claret & Blue, and is clearly visiting the Hammers’ training ground at Chadwell Heath.
He underwent a medical on Monday night, and is expected to announce his arrival officially in the coming hours, joining the Hammers on a one-year loan from Manchester City.
Hart still has a deal at The Etihad until 2019 , but Coach Pep Guardiola sees him as being surplus to requirements, signing Claudio Bravo in order to replace him.
Sent on loan to Italy, Hart, 30, started well at Torino before his blunders caught up with him, but was still well-liked by fans, and is expected to keep playing for England, too.
