Man United want Gareth Bale should Real Madrid green light deal

Manchester United are keeping a watchful eye on Real Madrid star Gareth Bale, and will be ready to thrash out a deal with the Welsh winger should Real feel he is surplus to requirements.

According to ESPN via the Daily Star, the British player is currently happy at the Spanish capital but would be willing to move on should his current club require him to.
Bale moved to the La Liga club four years ago, in a world record breaking £85m deal. During his spell in Spain, he has won a La Liga title and three Champions League trophies.

But despite this, the 28-year-old has constantly been linked with a move back to Britain, with the most recent reports suggesting that the Red Devils would love the chance to bring him to Old Trafford.

Man United boss Jose Mourinho is on the lookout for a winger to add to his summer wish-list, with the Ivan Perisic deal still yet to be decided.
