Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera will undergo tests in Washington DC after limping off in Sunday’s penalty shoot-out win against Real Madrid in the International Champions Cup. The Spaniard only lasted six minutes after coming on at half-time at the Levi’s Stadium after going down under a heavy challenge from Oscar.
 

United boss Jose Mourinho was asked to give an update when the squad touched down in the capital ahead of Wednesday’s match against Barcelona and declared that the injury was; “"At least very painful.” Before adding that; “"I want to wait and see what it is but I say to the players no risk in friendly matches. If you feel something, if you feel that something is coming, sometimes a little muscular injury, get out, the result is not important.”
