Maxi Lopez to calciomercato 'I'd like to play in a top Italian club'

In an exclusive interview with calciomercato.com, the Argentine striker Maxi Lopez, 26, spoke about his future:
"I wouldn't have a problem to change country because I played in different leagues. But one works to improve and to play in a big club in Italy will be the best solution. I'm confident that if I will continue to perform things will go in the right direction".
On last season: "Last season was very positive. When I arrived, Catania was close to relegation, then we achieved our target and scored a record in Serie A with Catania".
On his experience in Italy: "I had to change my game in Italy. I am more central in the box now. Catania had a very attacking strategy, with three forwards. Thank God, I was physically OK and learned how to move in the spaces. With 11 goals in 17 appearances I had the best result of my career. But also in Argentina and Brazil I had good moments".
On Inter: "We have beaten Inter. It was a great match. We were losing 1-0, then we scored three goals. It was a great success for the team".
On Argentina: "If their game is tactically OK, they can beat anyone. On an individual level, Argentina have some of the best players in the world. Argentina can reach the final".
