Nicolas Anelka will be the alternative to Ibrahimovic, as Chelsea boss, Andrés Villas-Boas has confirmed: "We don't need to transfer any player apart from Anelka. Those whose contract is expiring in June have already receive an offer for renewal".

Therefore, Anelka could arrive at Milan for little money. He's a great striker who mainly plays as a second forward. Ancelotti allowed him to play in support of  Didier Drogba, but when the latter did not play, Anelka was the first striker.
