Another priority for the nerazzurri is the signing of a right back, and, as reported last night, Udinese Sports Director Cristiano Giaretta has not denied the possibility for 20 year old Silvan Widmer to join the Lombard club: still according to the “Gazzetta”, during last night’s game against the bianconeri, Inter executives have appreciated the performance of the Switzerland international. Also the nerazzurri defender Andrea Ranocchia has had a good performance last night, but, as highlighted by calciomercato.com, the 26 year old could still be sold at the end of the season to avoid to loose him as a free agent in 2015. City rivals AC Milan need to reinforce their defense, and, as well known, one of their main targets is 32 year old center back Alex, whose contract with Paris Saint-Germain will expire at the end of the current season.
