Milan, the era of bad boys

    • GM

Once upon a time, at Milanello, the changing room was full of good boys. There was Maldini, Albertini, Costacurta, Filippo Galli, Donadoni ... All boys, as they say, with their head on their shoulders: never controversy, never a bad word or unruly behavior. And when someone arrived who could break the equilibrium, they either understood the hint and adapted, or (see Davids) had to move on.

Many years and many champions later, the Rossoneri situation has really changed: it has become a haven for bad boys. It is Cassano, Ibrahimovic, Boateng, Robinho, Mexes, who now determine what goes on in the Rossoneri dressing room. Waiting, perhaps, for Mario Balotelli ... Admittedly, we are talking about family guys, and far be it from us to want to judge their behavior in private (the last case involves Kevin Prince Boateng), behavior that may have little or nothing to do with their performance on the pitch.

It is just the image that, like it or not, the players of the new Milan bring with them that is written here, nothing but image. When Cassano came to AC Milan they said  a club like Milan can not allow certain behavior. Was It really Milan that changed Cassano or did he change Milan?
