    Milan: no timetable for Menez return

    Milan fans have been dealt another blow following news that Jeremy Menez still hasn’t completely recovered fro his sports hernia.

    The former Liverpool target returned  to the Rossoneri’s training complex yesterday, following a long stay in Montecarlo. That, however, is as good as it got for the Rossoneri, who aren’t even sure about when the Frenchman can return to the pitch, and have yet to excluse the possibility that Menez be undergo surgery once more. For those counting at home, this would be his third since he sustained the injury.

    The 28-year-old star made his return to Serie A a good one last season, netting a stunning 16 goals and emerging as one of the league’s most talented playmakers. With Menez out hurt, it has emerged that Adriano Galliani is pondering whether to make a move during the January transfer window.

    With M’Baye Niang fracturing a metatarsal and Mario Balotelli out for the Napoli clash with a muscular injury, Milan’s attacking line is starting to look thin. Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic can only count on Carlos Bacca, Luis Adriano, Alessio Cerci and Suso, who hasn’t seen much action since Filippo Inzaghi was sacked last season.
