Napoli: keen on Neto. Juve: Jovetic unlikely to join
As reported earlier, Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri would like his club to sign Napoli 28 year old wingback Valon Behrami, but, in addition to the nerazzurri, also Everton, as reported by FootballDirectNews, are keen on the Switzerland international. According to recent rumours, Mazzarri would also like to obtain another of his former players, 29 year old central midfielder Gokhan Inler, but, interviewed by Napolimagazine.com, Dino Lamberti, agent of the former Udinese player has assured that his client is happy in Naples, there have been no contacts with the Lombard club and that there are no transfers scheduled. For what concerns their possible new signings, the azzurri, as revealed by Record, have contacted –through the FIFA agent Bruno Carvalho- Zenit St. Petersburg 25 year old center back Luìs Carlos Novo Neto, and have offered to the Portugal international a one-million-euros per year contract. Napoli are also tracking some young talents like Reggina 16 year old forward Mauro Coppolaro, considered a Juventus target too: as highlighted by calciomercato.com, the azzurri’s interest for the Italy Under 17 international is concrete. During the last transfer window there have been some rumours regarding the possibility for Manchester City 24 year old forward Stevan Jovetic to join Juventus: interviewed by the Corriere dello Sport, the Montenegro international has declared that there has been nothing going on recently, that he is fine at The Citizens and will try to win something important with his club.
