Morata tells friends he’s on the verge of joining Man United

Real Madrid star Alvaro Morata is so close to joining Manchester United that he is reported to have already told his friends about his next destination. The Spaniard wants to leave the Bernabeu to become a regular starter in a top European club and José Mourinho has made the former Juventus star his no. 1 striking target for the summer.

Morata, a former Juventus star, is not a regular starter in the Spanish capital and he has already given his green light to move to the Old Trafford.

The two clubs, however, have yet to reach an economic agreement although the Daily Express claims Real Madrid will lower their € 80 million price-tag, reducing the gap with Man United’s € 70 million opening offer. Morata has reportedly told his friends that the two clubs are close to reaching an agreement and that he will be moving to the Old Trafford in the summer.
