Mourinho back in race for PSG fullback, Spurs and Inter target

Manchester United are back in the race for PSG full-back, according to reports from the United Kindgom.

The Independent claim that Jose Mourinho has turned back towards Serge Aurier to beef up his defence.

He is also wanted by Inter and Tottenham Hotspur, though PSG themselves don’t want to let go of the Ivorian international, despite the 24-year-old telling them that he wants to leave.

Coach Unai Emery recently claimed that he “had spoken with Aurier to tell him that I want him to stay, and that I want to continue with him.

“He told me he wanted to leave, and that he preferred to stay in Paris to prepare his departure”.

L’Equipe recently revealed that Aurier was not a part of PSG’s summer tour of the United States. Daniel Alves’ arrival hasn’t helped.

He would count as a non-EU player, as his French passport is only valid in France, and no other European Union country.
