Iker Munianin has been strongly linked to Juventus and Inter but according to his agent, the Athletic Bilbao ace is too expensive for the Italian clubs.

“Whoever wants him must pay his release clause. I don’t think Juve or any Italian club can afford to pay €36M for him,” explained agent Jesus Medina talking to Calciomercato.com.

“Furthermore, Athletic don’t want to sell him given that they can only have Basque players.”

“Juve haven’t talked too me, they might have contacted Athletic but I doubt it,” concluded the agent.

  • Del Piero stays with Juve?

Alessandro Del Piero is expected to leave Juventus in the summer but President Andrea Agnelli may have a last minute offer from him.

The Bianconeri directors planned the end of the relationship with the No. 10 in June, but Agnelli has the opportunity to change it.

On the back of qualification to Champions League and maybe the victory of the Scudetto, enthusiasm in Turin could convince the President to extend Del Piero’s deal.

The Bianconeri legend would then be allowed to play his last Champions League game and complete his 20th season in Turin.
