Bad news for Man Utd & Chelsea as Pallotta confirms new deal for Nainggolan at Roma

Belgian international midfielder Radja Nainggolan looks set to commit his future to the club after President James Pallotta told reporters that an agreement had been reached. The 29-year-old, who has been the subject of huge speculation once again this summer, looks likely to sign a new long-term deal in the Italian capital which will see his yearly earnings reach nearly €5M.

This new agreement is also likely to ensure that he spends the rest of his career with the Giallorossi and should finally put pay to any potential move to the Premier League to join Chelsea or Manchester United.

It’s now expected that there will be a formal announcement from the clubs base in the US were they will be taking part in the International Champions Cup. As Pallotta prepared to head back to the US himself, a reporter asked him; “Has the renewal been agreed?” to which the patron replied “Si (yes)”.
