News Britannia: Kante linked with Man Utd move, Spurs back in for Wanyama

Today’e edition of the Sunday Mirror claims that Manchester United have joined PSG, Chelsea and Arsenal in race to sign Leicester City midfielder N’Golo Kante.

The France International has a €22 million release clause on his contract and all clubs are reportedly ready to meet the player’s release fee.

Kante would become the second signing of Mourinho at the Old Trafford after that the Special One completed the transfer of Eric Bailly from Villareal (€ 30 million).

Kante, however, was offered a new £ 100.000 deal by Leicester who don’t want their star to leave the King Power Stadium in the summer.

In the meantime Teamtalk reports that Tottenham are closing in on the signing of Victor Wanyama from Southampton. The 24-year-old has one year left on his contract with the Saints and, according to the Sunday People, the player has already informed the club that he wants to join his old boss in North London.
Tottenham should complete the signing of Wanyama for a transfer fee of £ 11 million.
