Chelsea are interested in signing Inter star Antonio Candreva with the Premier Leauge champions who have made an opening € 23 million bid to sign the Italian. Reports in Italy claim Inter are open to sell the player for a similar fee (€ 25 million) and the agent of Candreva has refused to rule out a possible move to the Stamford Bridge.
