OFFICIAL: AS Roma striker joins Basel on loan
Doumbia signed for AS Roma in January 2015 but failed to live up to expectations during his six-month spell in Italy, that’s why the Serie A side loaned him out to CSKA Moscow and Newcastle last season.
Doumbia’s contract with AS Roma runs until 2019 and has joined Basel on a loan deal with option to buy.
