Official: Juventus confirm €40m signing of Federico Bernardeschi
Bernardeschi becomes the fourth summer signing of the Old Lady after the likes of Douglas Costa, Mattia De Sciglio and Wojciech Szczesny.
The Serie A giants have confirmed the signing of the 23-year-old through their official website and their social media accounts.
“Juventus club S.p.A announces that the agreement with ACF Fiorentina S.p.A for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Federico Bernardeschi has been finalized for a consideration of € 40 million payable in three financial years. The consideration may increase of an amount of equal to the 10% of the future transfer price up to a maximum of € 5 million.”
“Juventus and the player have signed a 5-year contract of employment until 30 June 2022.”
Bernardeschi can either play as attacking winger or offensive midfielder. The Italy star has 23 goals and 13 assists in 72 Serie A appearances.
