Through their official website, the rossoneri have announced that the 23-year-old has put pen to paper on a five-year deal.
Earlier, the South American player has released his first declaration as a Milan player: “I am proud to play for a club like this, I am looking forward to start to work. I haven’t talked with Montella yet. It’s an honor to be the first Paraguayan in Milan’s history.”
