OFFICIAL: Neuer extends Bayern Munich deal until 2021
Neuer, a 2014 World Cup winner, joined Bayern from Shalke 04 for a fee of € 30 million back in 2011 and has kept 132 clean sheets in 247 games since then.
“I’m very happy at FC Bayern and I’m delighted we’ve sorted it all out. “We’re still in the running for all three trophies and have an excellent chance of coming away with a lot this season. That’s our biggest target in the short term, but also in the years to come. I’m looking forward to the future with FC Bayern”, the 30-year-old goalkeeper told the club’s official website fcbayern.de.
