Official: Roma snag former Arsenal, Spurs target
The Mexican international will join the Lupa for €5.7 million. He has a grand total of 78 caps, and has been an indispensable cog of PSV since he joined in 2015.
He’s scored eleven Eredivisie goals over the last two seasons, and was originally signed from Espanyol for just €5m.
