Paper Talk: Chelsea target claims he's "made a promise I intend to maintain"; Napoli line up Swiss star to replace Liverpool bound Algerian

Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has told Mediaset Premium Sport that his future will be taken out of his hands. The 29-year-old Belgian, who has been the subject of massive transfer speculation since last summer, is reportedly wanted by Chelsea, Inter and AC Milan.  But when he was asked once again if his future would remain in the Italian capital he replied; “I’ve spoken enough about this and what I want. I have made a promise that I intend to maintain; now it’s up to other people”.

Nainggolan has constantly stated how happy he is in the Eternal City but over the past few months, negotiations on a pay increase on his current deal have stalled bringing his future into question once again.
