Portuguese super-agent Jorge Mendes has met with Milan officials to discuss a possible move to Italy for Diego Costa. The 28-year-old Spanish international has been frozen out at Chelsea having been told by boss Antonio Conte that he has no future at the club under his charge. The combustible frontman has already been linked with a move to former club Atletico Madrid but would not be able to play for the Spanish giants until January due to their transfer embargo.
 

Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol understands that a meeting took place on Tuesday and quoted Sky Sport Italia in a tweet declaring that; “Sky Italy: Meeting today between agent Jorge Mendes & AC Milan directors to discuss transfers of Diego Costa, Renato Sanches, Radamel Falcao”.
