    Prima sconfitta in campionato per il Chelsea, che esce a mani vuote dalla trasferta sul campo del Manchester City. Il derby italiano tra allenatori va così a Mancini, che batte Ancelotti grazie ad un bel gol dell'argentino Tevez. Nel primo tempo il Chelsea, che resta comunque primo in classifica, ha preso una traversa con Ivanovic, autore di un colpo di testa sugli sviluppi di un calcio d'angolo.
