PSG linked with stunning move for Juventus boss

The future of Juventus coach Massimo Allegri remains uncertain. The Tuscan tactician, who saw his side taken apart by Real Madrid in the second-half of Saturday’s Champions League Final, was reluctant to comment after the game when he told the assembled press-pack that he would see what the future holds.

La Gazzetta dello Sport writes this morning that Allegri will sit down with club executives on Wednesday to discuss his next move and where he is expected to ask for a significant pay rise on any potential future deal.

Allegri currently earns €5.5M-a-season and it’s understood that he wants that figure to rise to €8M under any new agreement. The journal however, reports that Paris Saint-Germain want him to replace Unai Emery at the Parc des Princes and are ready to offer a salary worth a whopping €10M to try to tempt him to the French capital.

After Eusebio Di Francesco’s switch to replace Luciano Spalletti on the bench at Roma hit the buffers, Emery is reported to be the Giallorossi’s number one choice. Should PSG fail to bring in Allegri however, it’s expected that they could opt for Fiorentina tactician Paulo Sousa.
