But the Argentine is not the only Serie A player that the French giants could sign: in addition to El Pocho and, maybe, Inter Milan wingback Maicon and AC Milan forward Pato, PSG, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, are ready to swoop on 25 year old forward Sebastian Giovinco, actually in co-ownership between Parma and Juventus, and 21 year old striker Fabio Borini, in co-ownersip between the gialloblu and AS Rome. The same newspaper reports that the French club General Manager Leonardo and Parma Chief Executive Pietro Leonardi have already met in Paris to talk about the possible transfer of the two Italy nationals. Moreover, according to Le Parisein, PSG have also contacted Mino Raiola, agent of AC Milan ace Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

In Italy, one of the most active clubs on the transfer market seems to be Inter Milan: after loosing their chance to sign Lavezzi, the Lombard club, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, are ready to offer to Bologna 10 million euros, plus the second half of 22 year old Slovenian midfielder Rene Krhin and the loan of one of its youngsters to obtain 21 year old Uruguayan attacking midfielder Gaston Ramirez. The same newspaper reports that the nerazzurri have not lost their hope to sign Sao Paulo starlet Lucas and are in talks with Manchester City for Serbian wingback Aleksandar Kolarov and Dutch midfielder Nigel De Jong. Finally, according to Tuttosport, Inter are still in competition with Juventus for 21 year old forward Mattia Destro.
