Real Madrid give Juve green light to sign Brazilian fullback

Real Madrid have given Juventus green light to sign their Brazilian defender Danilo, according to reports. The Old Lady is looking for a possible replacement for Dani Alves given that the former Barcelona man will soon cancel his contract with Juventus to join Manchester City as a free agent.

As we reported earlier today, Juventus have already made contact with the player’s agent but the Champions League finalists have also talked about the Brazilian’s availability with his club.

Real Madrid are ready to sell the Brazilian who has never been a regular starter for Real Madrid since joining the Santiago Bernabeu two years ago. The La Liga champions are open to sell the player but the two parties have yet to discuss the player’s transfer fee.

Juventus, however, will consider whether to sign Danilo or not as they are also in talks with Douglas Costa. Being both players Brazilian, Juventus can sign only one of them as they only have one slot left for non-EU players.
