Even if Real Madrid are under a Fifa transfer ban till January 2018, they are still eveluating and targeting some young players. They have interest in Borussia Dortmund's Ousmane Dembelé (born in 1996) as well as Timothy Tillman (born in 1998), who currently plays for the Bayern Munich youth squad.
