REPORT: Conte to take Bonucci with him to Chelsea?

More reports are linking Leonardo Bonucci to Chelsea. This time, the Daily Telegraph claim that Antonio Conte, like to be the Pensioners' manager next season, wants the Azzurri international to join him in London.

He would be the perfect fit to replace John Terry, whose contract runs out in June.

Already linked to the Londoners, as well as Bayern Munich and Manchester City, Bonucci is easily one of the most respected centre-backs on the continent, with future Citizen Pep Guardiola telling assembled media that the Juventus man was his "favourite defender", and this after the Bavarians had put two past the Old Lady.

Juventus have so far denied all reports of a departure, and it makes sense: why give up the player around which they're set to build their defence around in future? As we've written before, it doesn't feel like the well-run, modern and financially promising Bianconeri need to sell players in order to buy them, unless a truly crazy offer comes in.

Otherwise, the Sun claim that Kostas Manolas is set to join Chelsea, a rumour that had circulated a while ago but which has not done the rounds recently.
