REPORT: Higuain agreed Roma move last summer
The Giallorossi Sporting Director met the player’s agent and brother Nicolas to sound out Higuain’s availability to join the Stadio Olimpico with the 28-year-old who was reportedly delighted to sign with the Capitolines.
The deal collapsed as Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis scared off Roma asking Higuain’s € 94 million release clause to let the former Real Madrid man departure.
