    REPORT Higuain won't be swapped for any Juventus players

    It’s a done deal: Gonzalo Higuain will be a Juventus player, and, having undergone his medical in New York, is set to arrive in Turin is expected between Tuesday and Wednesday. The Argentine superstar should participate in his first training session on August 1st. 

    The news here is that the Bianconeri are likely to have to pay Napoli the €94 million release clause over two years, and won’t be able to throw in some players to act as a sweetener and lower the price. 

    The likes of Neto, Roberto Pereyra, Daniele Rugani, Simone Zaza and Stefano Sturaro have all been offered by the Bianconeri, but Napoli are only focussing on one thing: securing a striker… and his name is Mauro Icardi.
