REVEALED: How Juventus' turnover totalled €315.5m this summer

There are many ways of measuring the very successful summer Juventus have had, even with the sale of star midfielder Paul Pogba to Manchester United.

One of them is the turnover that the five-team Serie A champions have generated during the break. It all begins with Gonzalo Higuain’s €90 million move from Napoli, Miralem Pjanic joining from rivals Roma for €32m and Marko Pjaca moving to Italy from Dinamo Zagred for €23m.

In other words, that’s €122 put into the coffers of fellow Serie A teams.

Beyond that, the Bianconeri have obtained the €3m loan of Mehdi Benatia from Bayern Munich ( to whom they will have to pay 17 more at the end of the season), whilst also selling Alvaro Morata to Real Madrid for €30m, Alvaro Pereyra to Watford for €13m and, of course, the Big Kahuna himself to Manchester United for €105m, plus €5m more in bonuses.

All in all, then, this totals €315.5m, confirming that the Marotta-Paratici duo is a fearsome one indeed.
