The Partenopei have done well on the transfer market in recent years, beating Juve and Inter to quality players while holding off interest from other major clubs in Europe. The talks have begun for Mario Rui, but the clubs are still not in agreement on a definitive price.

A short trip for the 26 year old from Rome to Napoli would be an easy move. After an early injury in his time with Roma, the former Empoli man failed to convince Spalletti. Mario Rui only played in 5 Serie A games this past season, and he will be happy to get his feet under him again after such a difficult year.
