An injury to midfielder Daniele De Rossi playing for Italy last night has given cause for concern to his club side Roma. The 33-year-old picked up a calf injury in the 3-1 defeat to France and the giallorossi fear it may be a reoccurrence of the one that kept him out of vital games against Sassuolo and Real Madrid last season. A full examination will take place later today to ascertain the full extent of the damage.
