    Roma-Real: I wouldn’t exchange my jersey with any Roma player - CR7

Real Madrid ace Cristiano Ronaldo talked to Mediaset Premium ahead of the Merengues’ Champions League showdown against Roma. Here’s what he told the Italian press.

“We Real Madrid players love this competition. It’s going to be a very complicated game against Roma, but you have to win in order to get the glory, so we have to beat Roma.”

“They are a good team, with lot of quality and a good manager too. Playing away games is never easy but we are all very experienced and we’ll try to do our best tomorrow.”

“I believe we’ll play a great game, managing to win it.”

I wouldn’t exchange my jersey with any Roma player, but if one of them will ask for mine I’d have no problem in giving it away.”

The three-times Balon d’Or winner also talked in the pre-match press conference saying:

“I am felling good as well as the rest of the team. I am used to criticisms. If I score just a little less goals than usual, journalists and fans start crying like babies, but I’ll sign anything to have this consistency in front of goal until the end of the season.”

“I am playing for the best club in the world. I am feeling loved here and I always want to give my best for the team.”

“I agree with Spalletti when he says they have the 50% of chances to qualify for the next stage. At least until the game begins. Totti is tremendous, he’s the living proof that age means nothing in football. If he still has fun, he has to carry on playing.”

“Do you think the Barcelona’s trident is better than ours’ just because they’re friends? Well, when I was playing for Man Utd, there were a few players to whom I was only saying hello or goodbye. One of those was Ryan Giggs. To me, it is not important to go out for dinner with Bale or Benzema, beeing in sync on the pitch is all that matters.”
